WealthWise Kids LLC is committed to the highest standard of privacy and data stewardship, particularly with respect to minors. This platform is designed with a zero-PII architecture: at no point does it collect, store, transmit, or process any personally identifiable information (PII). No student names, birth dates, ages, grade levels, gender identifiers, photographs, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, geolocation data, or biometric markers are captured at any stage of the simulation experience.
All behavioral response data is recorded anonymously using a randomly generated session token that cannot be linked back to any individual student or household. Facilitators and educators receive only aggregated, class-level behavioral insights. No individual student's results, scores, or behavioral profile are ever surfaced, shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party under any circumstance. WealthWise Kids LLC does not engage in any form of student data monetization.

This platform is designed and operated in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Student Online Personal Information Protection Act (SOPIPA), and applicable state-level student data privacy laws including, where applicable, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). WealthWise Kids LLC does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent as required by COPPA. All data handling practices are reviewed regularly for ongoing compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements.
Access to and use of this platform is granted solely to authorized participants in officially sanctioned WealthWise Kids™ educational programs, pilot partnerships, or licensed deployments. Unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, systematic data extraction, or use of this platform outside of a formally authorized educational context is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and other applicable federal and state statutes. This platform is intended for supervised classroom or afterschool program use under the direction of a credentialed facilitator or educator.
